LOST RUBBER DUCKY: REWARD $100. It all started in 1992 when a shipment of rubber duckies, frogs, beavers and turtles fell over board during a storm on route from Hong Kong to Tacoma Washington. These sea worthy friends began an ocean going adventure from that moment on. Curt Ebbesmeyer ,an experienced oceanographer, had always been fascinated with the use of everyday items to illustrate and calculate the earths wind and ocean currents. Previously Ebbesmeyer had used overboard sneakers as well as the proverbial ship in a bottle as research aids. Curt began to predict the landing points of the ambitious latex bath toys. Many of his predictions came true as Curt began to hear word of "duckies" sightings from Alaska to Hawaii. Curt is still looking for these daring adventurers and estimates that many might have drifted into the north sea or may have found their way home to Asia. So leave the metal detector at home and keep an eye out for a little yellow beacon on the coast and if you do spot one Curt Ebbesmeyer will happily trade your yellow companion for a Benjamin

Welcome to our first official feature on Tow That Line. Weightwatchers will be the first of many serial features that we will bring to you in an attempt to reach a broad cross section of the trailer towing community. Weightwatchers is dedicated to light trailers that are easily towable by today's crossover SUV's and cars. We have selected a grouping of foldable superlight trailers that bridge the gap between tent camping and trailer camping and the innovative Airstream basecamp that looks more like a horse traler but comes full of features. We hope you will find the following videos helpful.

Wecome to Tow That Line

Welcome to Tow That Line. After the success of Automotive Declassified, our other blog site, we decided there was a need for a specific site that dealt with the unique needs of the recreational and professional tower. Your needs are different and so should your resource base. Unlike other magazines and online sites Tow That Line will include articles and links to the needs of the entire tow community not just one specific facet. Often if you need to tow an RV trailer you may also have the need for other recreational trailer links for towing a boat in summer of your horse to the show in Autumn. That's why you will find all your needs under our roof. So if you need to Tow That Line, welcome, we hope you will enjoy your stay!
